Our founder, Ollie Wallington, shares his story;
''After a 17.5 year journey with my previous company, where I joined as employee number 10 in 2007, we scaled to over 1,000 employees across more than 17 countries and became a global market leader in the IoT connectivity sector.
Throughout this period, the company navigated multiple private equity rounds, evolving from an initial MBO valuation of ~£35M (2011), to the latest valuation of £3.5B (2025), at which point I stepped away from the business.
My experience spans sales leadership, business development, and GTM strategy, supporting and scaling new product launches, and building high-performing partnerships and sales teams.
Today, my focus is on independent advisory services within the IoT and tech space, helping companies accelerate growth with clarity and precision, and guiding investors to make confident decisions. In some cases, I also consider personal angel investments, where I see real alignment and where I can add strategic value beyond capital.
I remember meeting many customers and thinking how great the company, product, and culture were, and that I would love to be involved, and now I can.
I am able to offer insight into emerging IoT trends, commercial viability, technology roadmap planning, market entry and scaling strategies, and customer acquisition models. I also bring experience in navigating complex sales cycles, after holding various sales and sales leadership roles.'
